Congratulations on having a level of maturity few seem to be able to reach. I find it interesting that neither you nor those who commented dealt with one variable: was the new mother in your children’s lives the cause of the divorce (e.g., the “other woman”)? If so the effort to move past that fact promptly requires Herculean effort. Of course, the value of a cordial relationship among all parties for the sake of the children remains the same.
