Couples therapy is a good idea. But you can’t get your husband to look up from the phone at the dinner table when he is sitting across from you. You have spoken to him numerous times, I am sure. He won’t change. I suggest you should have divorced him as opposed to cheating. But you still can divorce him, even now.
