Great summary of a complex group of interlocking factors which led to Hitler’s rise. I respectfully offer a friendly amendment of adding anti-Semitism as a factor. It had a long history throughout Europe and provided a convenient scapegoat for Germany losing WW I and undergoing economic turmoil.
