I give you credit for calling out both parties. As for the American people, we have bern misled by so many for so long that we are far more victims than perpetrators. George H.W. Bush went into Kuwait to drive out the Iraqis. He did. We left. War won. Neither the U.S. nor the U.N. gave us a mandate to do anything else. No conquest of Iraq. No democratization of Kuwait. He was the last successful wartime President.
