I voted for Clinton in 2016. Was she my ideal candidate? Would I have wanted Joe Biden in 2016? Who cares! I knew that one of two people would be the next one to hold the most powerful job on earth. I didn’t want it to be Donald Trump. What non-voters fail to realize is that those on the top pay attention-to whatever extent they do-to voters. Period. If you don’t vote, you don’t count. If you don’t like the system, sell your alternative to the electorate! (It may take a few tries!).
