It’s simple. You are right. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 centered on public accommodations. Excluding Christian conservatives is as wrong as a restaurant owned by Christians excluding gays. If the patrons say or do anything offensive in the restaurant, that is a different story. That was not the case here.
