The relevant variable is not that he is seeing three women at once, but that he is lying to each of them by telling each of them that they are his one and only. It would appear that there are numerous women who are perfectly fine with having multiple relationships at once. If he was involved with three of those, no harm and no foul. Instead, he lied to gratify his ego and his lust. He is a bad person.
