Toni Harris and Katie Andrews were right! Hindsight is 20–20, and was early in the morning and probably before coffee. But The problem is that the guy was a perv, photographed or filmed you without permission, and, when the incident was over, paid no price. He actually misappropriated your likeness. That is not a crime, but rather a civil wrong called a “tort” in the law. That is why professional photographers walk around with releases for people to sign. You could have confronted him-loudly-and called him out for photographing you without permission. He would have at least been embarrassed. You might have intimidated him into deleting the photo or video, but at least he would have left the incident with some degree of shame. Men won’t change unless women demand that they pay a price every time they violate the person or the dignity of a woman.
