You make some excellent points-especially about not confusing visible enthusiasm for Sanders with the demonstrated electoral support Biden received in the primaries. But we can take nothing for granted. The GOP flipped a Congressional seat in a California special election this week. I would hope thinking about the consequences of a Trump presidency lasting until 2025 would provide all the enthusiasm Democrats need.
