Your article is incredibly important. Most middle (and virtually no upper-middle or upper) class people have no idea at the granular level of what poverty means-day in and day out. They might understand about having to wear older or cheaper clothes, or miss a meal (or many). But they generally don’t perceive the cumulative effect. You set it forth credibly and clearly. I only wish we could at least make our members of Congress read it. All Americans should.
